1x Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd 250g:

Tai Tokerau Honey Ltd is a 100% Maori owned and operated beekeeping company, specialising in the production of the famous Mānuka Honey. We are located in Kaitaia, in the beautiful Far North of Aotearoa (New Zealand) and this region is also known as Te Taitokerau.

Pōhutukawa Honey- The Pōhutukawa tree (Metrosideros excelsa) is a coastal evergreen tree, native to NZ, that has a stunning crimson flower present for only a few weeks over summer! The prolific flowering in December means it is often referred to as the New Zealand Christmas tree. This is a beautiful pale honey with unique, bright floral tones and a salty finish - a true taste of summer at the beach in the Far North. The nectar has historically been used for sore throats, the inner bark is utilised in Rongoa Maori, and the timber is hardy and very versatile. One tree of significance is located at Te Rerenga Waira (Cape Reinga) and marks the place where the spirits of the departed leave Aotearoa to return to Hawaiki. Many consider Pōhutukawa honey to be one of the rarest types of honey from Aotearoa New Zealand. True Pōhutukawa honey is very pale, it is one of the whitest honeys in the world, and the wax produced is pure white - this is how beekeepers know it is Pōhutukawa.

1x Kaitaia Fire Ltd 150ml Sauce:

Kaitaia Fire Ltd. was established in 1989 on an organic 5 acre farm at Lake Ohia in New Zealand’s Winterless Far North. From those humble beginnings, we now export sauce all around the world, and produce a range of organic “hot” products for the domestic market.

Kaitaia Fire Chilli Pepper Sauce: The Iconic Original Hot Sauce. A blend of cayenne and habanero chilies, sun-ripened and barrel aged like a fine wine to create a superior piquant flavour. 150ml bottle

Waha Wera Kiwifruit & Habanero: The habanero peppers used in this sauce have a unique tropical fruit flavour that are an ideal compliment to the kiwifruit and manuka honey. 150ml bottle

1x Kaitaia Fire Cayenne Pepper Flakes 100g:

The same chilies used in our famous Kaitaia Fire Chili Pepper Sauce have been minced up and dried to use in your favourite dish. 100g packet

1x 200g preserves from Manaaki:

Manaaki is a range of delicious handmade preserves and condiments using traditional Māori ingredients with a modern spin. We are a social enterprise to Omaka Marae in Marlborough. Our inspiration comes from the "Aunties of old" who always kept the pātaka/pantry full with homemade preserves using only natural ingredients.

Horopito and Feijoa Chutney- Our Feijoas are foraged from the backyards of friends and whānau, ensuring only the best are selected. We blitz the whole Feijoa and blend it with Horopito, Lemon and a blend of spices to create a delectable Chutney.
