Eden glass/bamboo bottle. Designed with engraved Polynesian patterns.

Pualena is a team of 5 young Polynesian ladies from Auckland Girl's Grammar School who have come together to create engraved bottles that celebrate their culture and heritage. 

Ivonmaria Kosetatino: Growing up I didn't really know what I wanted to pursue. During my last 2 years in Intermediate I usually found myself drawing things inspired by my culture and that passion continues to this day. I attended Finlayson Park School, a bilingual school where I was part of the Samoan Unit. In this unit we learnt so much about our culture and I loved expressing it through painting Samoan patterns and flowers. When I moved to South Auckland Middle School where I spent my 2 years of school - Year 9 & 10, I continued to pursue Visual arts achieving good grades and receiving awards. Now that I am attending Auckland Girls Grammar School, my passion and talent for design remain strong. When we created our business, I knew using my skills in designing our glass bottle pattern was the perfect way to bring my creativity to life.
