Fesaitu Solomone is of Rotuman and Tongan heritage. Born and raised on the island of Rotuma, she later moved to Aotearoa New Zealand, making her home in Tāmaki
Makaurau in 2006. She is a poet, educator and business professional with a Master in Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Business from the
University of Auckland and is Director of Mofmairo Consultancy, with a focus on media and digital production. Her passion and spirit for her Rotuman people and language is shared through her work as both a language teacher and translator. My Memories, My Heart, My Love is Fesaitu‘s first book of poetry.
