GENTLE ACTIVISM

Prompted by a quote I saw in 2022,
whilst feeling pulled in all directions by
the chaos of numerous worthy causes I cared
about deeply. That quote was by monk
and peace activist, Thich Nhat Hanh:

“I will cultivate openness, non-
discrimination, and non-attachment to
views in order to transform violence,
fanaticism, and dogmatism in myself
and in the world." 

It grounded me. To decentering ourselves and to reclaiming rest! xx @filemu_zine
