Kawakawa Toner - A Balancing and Soothing Toner for All Skin Types
This light and gentle balancing toner is the perfect step in your skincare routine.
The Kawakawa plant is species native to New Zealand. It contains the plant active Diayangambin, which is a naturally occurring anti-inflammatory that can help with your skin care.
After cleansing, apply the toner to a cotton pad & wipe or pat across the face and neck.

Directions: After cleansing, splash toner onto a cotton pad and dab onto the face and neck, making sure to avoid the eye area. Apply face cream afterwards.
Science
Kawakawa leaves contain a component called myrsticin which helps trigger the release of nitric oxide from cells. The release of nitric oxcide is the body's anti-inflammatory response which means kawakawa aids the body in responding to inflammation. What this means is that the plant is generally soothing and helps with reduction of blemishes, rashes & skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis.
